Wednesday, October 24 Turkey Confit ( a Thanksgiving Preview) Koch's all natural Turkey legs, slow cooked until they are fall off the bone tender, on our Walnut Leek bread, brushed with Sage Butter and toasted, with a touch of Duck's Cranberry Pear Relish. Thursday, October 25 Shrimp Po Gal Wild caught Gulf Shrimp, sauteed and served on our toasted Baguette with Remoulade, Oven Fries, and Slaw.
Friday, October 26 Butternut Squash Tart Oven roasted Butternut Squash, and dried Cranberries, with Gruyere' Cheese, tucked into our pie crust and baked to perfection. Served with oven roasted Brussel Sprouts with Grapes, and Pomegranate, and Glazed Carrots and Parsnips. Fall on a plate!
Saturday, October 27 Crab Hash and Eggs Tender lump Crab Hash topped with Scrambled Eggs, and Lemon Butter Sauce AND your choice of Roasted Potatoes, or Grits AND your choice of Biscuit, or Toast.
